have been wanting to do this for a long time and i feel that broughton needs it.
where the current (defunct) systems board is, i would like to replace this with a roof area spanning the entire space inbetween the columns.
the roof could be of differing angles and heights, or simply be akin to demon wall roof. it would be no higher than the current woodie.
what do people think? i've been trying to source free wood from the bbc's in sheff but graeme has told me that the wood is not bmc's to give away. but holds i can get some of to start it up.
i shall put up a for/against up at the wall soon as i'm not getting every worshipper to broughton on here.

Management spoke to me last week and said we could have a new wall!! I assume by this they mean some funds to construct something else within the hall. Don't know yet whether this means we design it and they build it or we build it. Firstly though I want to pressure them to get the place properly matted so we can use all the existing panels at the same time. Secondly we have to decide as a group what new facility we want. I think it comes down to two choices either a good system board or a roof construct. Everyone needs to offer their opinions and preferences. Also we all need to keep reminding them that the mats at present are not sufficient to use the facilities we have before we think about new stuff.
